Fuego Trade is a subsidiary of Fuego Diamonds Pvt Ltd. (referred to as "we" hereafter). The company acts as an international marketplace for Lab-grown Diamonds, by connecting Growers/Manufacturers (referred to as “Sellers” hereafter) with Jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and individuals (referred to as “Buyers” hereafter)
In order to operate under the Services offered by Fuego, all users and their businesses must be in compliance with Indian or users' respective country's laws and regulations,
Fuego Diamonds Pvt Ltd. may ask you to provide information such as (but not limited to) company, personal, credit card and/or bank account details. This Privacy Policy applies to all Fuego websites, & Services.
The following describes in detail the information we collect and how we use that information. Fuego will be the sole controller of all personal, professional or financial data provided in order to avail of our Services.
Fuego takes the privacy of your data very seriously and will use it at full discretion only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. At no point in time will your personal information be sold, rented or shared with third parties without your consent.

Fuego marketplace may include links to third-party websites. These sites operate under their dedicated privacy policy, which is why Fuego is not responsible for its operations. In case users provide their information to/through these third-party platforms, they must review the privacy statement of these sites before doing so.

Use of Services Information
Fuego Trade logs all usage data including chats and communications when you visit or otherwise use our website. Fuego Trade uses account log-ins, cookies (explained later), device information, location and IP addresses to identify visitors and log their use.
Transactional Information
Every time a product is listed and successfully sold, purchased, or bought back, all information related to each transaction is logged.

At Fuego Diamonds Pvt Ltd. Customer security is paramount, to protect the firm and its members against the threat of fraud or to perform legal compliance obligations, Fuego may verify your provided information with third parties. This includes, but is not limited to:
Fuego reserves the sole right to close/suspend an account based on information obtained during this review process in case of failure in meeting the requirements or any data discrepancies.

If for some reason, the information fails to get verified, users may be asked to provide additional proof of identification, financial verification proof, address proof etc.
Traffic Data
Fuego automatically receives the web address of the site that you got redirected from or visit next. Information about your IP address, Internet provider, mobile carrier, proxy server, device, operating system, web browser and plug-ins.
A record of the pages you visit, links & buttons you click is also logged. This information is used only for analytical purposes which helps us read our user preferences and enhance our service and experience accordingly.
Messages
All correspondence with users on inbox, chat messenger or any other Fuego communication tools are kept and maintained by Fuego only.

Fuego Trade uses cookies & other similar technologies such as pixels, ad tags and device identifiers to recognize our visitors.

Support Correspondence
Any correspondence between Fuego Trade Customer Service Executives and our users is retained and logged in the records of the user account. Any telephonic correspondence may also be recorded for quality and training purposes. All this is done to gauge and improve our customer service, improve our relationship with our members and investigate potential fraud and violations of our Agreement.
Surveys
Fuego may send optional questionnaires & surveys to its members for assessing their interests, requirements, preferences, demographics etc.

Disclosure to Fellow Users
As a member of Fuego Trade, some of the personal information such as name, company name etc. may be displayed to other members on our website. In case you’re barred from the marketplace for some reason your name and member details may be posted online, to safeguard our users. However, your financial information will NEVER be shared with anyone except 3rd party payment portals, or in case we are obligated to do so in reference to a subpoena or other legal action.
Disclosure to Third Parties outside Fuego trade
We are bound to disclose the information we collect from our users in response to a law enforcement request, subpoena, warrant, court order, or if required by any other government body via due process.
The user data will also be disclosed in case there is a possibility of fraudulent activity/crime. Data might also be shared in good faith when there appears to be a legitimate emergency. The information may also be disclosed to safeguard Fuego Trade and its other members.
Wherever permissible as per law, limited access to personal information might be shared with social media or advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google, etc. strictly for marketing purposes such as lead generation, traffic redirection and service sales.

Fuego Trade contacts its members via multiple channels such as e-mail, phone, SMS website pop-ups, Inbox message/notifications, push notifications etc.

Use of Information by members
Whenever required or applicable, to conduct transactions between Fuego Buyers & Seller, our marketplace may allow limited access to other clients' contact or shipping information.
By consenting to this policy, you expressly agree that fellow Fuego Trade members’ information will only be used by you for Fuego Trade transactions, shipping, insurance and certification-related communications.
No unsolicited or commercial messages should be communicated. And the members must have the option to remove them from your database. Sharing a member’s data with any third party without our or their consent will lead to strict action.
Law enforcement bodies and other such rights holders are given special rights concerning information they access.
Spam
Fuego trade has a strictly enforced Anti-Spam Policy, with zero tolerance for spam of any kind. You must not add Fuego Trade members to your marketing lists on any channel (email, physical mail, messages, etc.) without their explicit consent, even if the said member has made a transaction with you in the past.

Mandates & Choices
Data Retention
Member data at Fuego Trade is stored until requested by the member for deletion. Users may have to close their accounts along with the request for data deletion.
All other mandatory data will be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, or if required by the law.

Closing Account
Fuego retains some of the user data even after account closure. After closing your account, all your public information, however, stops being visible to other members within 24 hours.
The data retained thereafter is to comply with our legal obligations in case of disputes, policy violations, law enforcement requests etc.
Users may choose to unsubscribe from our marketing emails and messages.
Information that users share with other members (e.g., through Inbox, emails, posts etc…) will remain visible after the account is closed.
Information Security
Fuego Trade is dedicated & committed to handling user data information with high standards of information security. The access to users’ personal information is restricted even for Fuego Trade employees. Physical and electronic security procedures are in place to ensure full compliance with the law for non-public information.
The safety of your account also depends on your password. This is why our users are instructed to NEVER share their passwords with anyone. Fuego Trade employees will NOT ask you for your password or other sensitive information.
Any communication received that requests your password or sensitive account information via any channel is most likely unauthorized & suspicious.
The same should be reported to support@fuego.trade with immediate effect.
